I’ve always admired runners, those that are committed to making running a way of life. About a year ago I started working out with a trainer and part of that training includes running. I was so excited because I thought I would finally be able to call myself a runner. I usual run 6 days a week, unless I’m having a lazy moment and I decide to sleep in. Did I mention I workout at 4am? Yeah, it’s hard to get out of bed that early to go run, especially in the Winter.
